Can I Exchange or Return a Product?

Yes you can return your purchased product for an exchange or refund, as we want you to be satisfied with our products.

Its OK if you try our product for sizing and find you need to exchange it with us. Just make sure you return it unused, unworn, unwashed, with all the garment labels still attached, and in the original packaging.

The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase for Australian Orders and within 28 days for international Orders.

Free return shipping is offered on Australian Orders. Contact Us with us if you would like to initiate a return or exchange.

For International Orders, all additional postage costs for exchanging and returning items will be at your expense. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

If you wish to exchange or return a product please read the Returns Policy and Contact Us with before returning the product.

How do I enter a Coupon?

You can enter a Coupon in either the Cart or Check-out pages.

When you view your cart, below the Product items table, there is a box where you can enter and apply a Coupon. Once your coupon is entered, click on the Apply Coupon Button and the order will then be updated with the coupon’s offer.

During check-out, click on the message at the very top of the page : “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”. The message once clicked will open up a box where you can enter the coupon’s number. The order will then be updated with the coupon’s offer.

How do I claim my Points against my new order?

During check-out, click on the message at the very top of the page : ” Use your Points for a $XX.00 discount on this order! Apply Discount Now “. The message, once clicked will open up a box where you can enter how many points you wish to apply to this order. The order value will then be updated with the points redeemed.

How Can I Change My Order?

Contact Us  immediately if you want to change your order. If we have not yet dispatched your order we will be happy to change it.

Unfortunately once we have dispatched your order for delivery we cant change it

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes you need an account to place an order. We need to know who you are to make sure you get your order. We also value you immensely as a customer.

How do I place an Order?

You place your order via the online store. Select products and add them to the cart. When you ready to complete your order, go to checkout, fill in your details and select place order.

What the Loyalty Program all about?

Cycling Couture’s loyalty program awards you with points based on every order you place with us. You can redeem these points on your next purchase from us.

How much are my Loyalty Points worth?

We keep things really simple.

1 Point = AUD 1.00

This means that for each point you redeem with an order, the price reduces by AUD 1.00. If you purchase is in EURO, GBP or NZD, then the value of the point is converted based on the exchange rate being applied at the time, for example if the exchange rate is EUR0.62 : AUD 1.00, then 1 Point = EUR 0.62.

Can I use my Points with a Cycling Couture Coupon?

Yes, and it depends. As we like to keep it simple, most coupons will also work with points so you score twice.

It also depends, as from time to time we may offer really special coupons which wont work with points. We will make it clear in the coupon if you can’t use your points.

How do redeem my Loyalty Points?

When you check out, there is a section at the top of the page with your points balance. You can select how many points you want to apply to your order. You can apply all your points, or some. Its up to you.

Do my Loyalty Points expire?

Each of your loyalty points are available to you for a whole 6 months, a full 180 days of racing. Points are awarded on the date of a confirmed order and will not expire until a full 180 days have past.

As we really don’t want you to loose any of your hard eared points, so we will also send you a reminder 3-5 days before your points expire.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Cycling Couture uses Australia Post as our main shipping partner. We try to use satchels in which 1-3 garments can fit into.

We use Regular Australia Postal services. Please Contact Us if you require urgent delivery services.

What if I want my order URGENTLY?

No problem. If your order is urgent, please Contact Us with us directly and we can arrange an alternative shipping method such as express. Please note this may attract an additional postal charge.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do. We try use the most economical international shipping methods available to us – Australia Post’s International Standard Satchels.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

2-4 Business Days within Australia
3+ Business Days for New Zealand
6+ Business Days for Europe, Asia and USA

Are there any Credit Card Surcharge Fees?

We do not charge you any credit card surcharges.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

To try protect your transactions we use a SSL Certificate (see the green lock in your URL browser window). We selected our credit card payment gateway based on its ability to protect data.

We DO NOT store your credit card or PayPal details anywhere within our site or on any of our databases. You do have the option at checkout to save your credit card details but this is with our payment gateway partners.
